{"id":195,"date":"2016-05-31T20:36:31","date_gmt":"2016-05-31T20:36:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fritts.farm\/?p=195"},"modified":"2018-07-19T22:56:46","modified_gmt":"2018-07-19T22:56:46","slug":"icf-what-is-it","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fritts.farm\/index.php\/2016\/05\/31\/icf-what-is-it\/","title":{"rendered":"ICF &#8211; What is it?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Building a quality project is very important to us.<\/p>\n<p>Early on, as we were researching our 660 SW 19th Retail Center project, we began researching what was the best way for us to build a building in which we would want to own for a long period of time. \u00a0We looked at a variety of building solutions, including but notwithstanding, conventional steel (red-iron), concrete tilt-up, cmu block, AAC (autoclaved aerated concrete) and ICF (insulated concrete forms). \u00a0We landed on ICF.<\/p>\n<p>ICF, Insulated Concrete Forms, is something that we&#8217;ve used on our last few projects &#8211; specifically,\u00a0660 SW 19th, 610 SW 19th and 750 SW 19th.\u00a0 It&#8217;s a form that holds rebar + concrete and creates a very nice hardened structure which we believe gives superior strength<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Building a quality project is very important to us.
